What does the process entail?
- If you don’t have a stand already, we can help you find the ideal stand
- If you don’t have building plans already, we will gladly assist with this as well
- We will assist with detailed quotation based on the house plans and chosen finishes
- We will assist with finance application, bond approval (in the case of financing) and registration
- Once the loan is accepted, and the stand registered in your name and building plans approved, construction can commence
- Construction from start to finish can be done in approximately 6-9 months
